Warranty and Returns
We offer a 6 months warranty on all watches. However you will have to cover the expenses for return shipping to us. You should also use a trusted delivery agency so you do not encounter any custom issues as this problem will not be covered by us.
The watches that we sell are under the warranty of the Makers and as such any repair or modification you undertake yourself or is done by a 3rd party watch-smith/modder will void your 6 month warranty with us, and any repairs you wish us to undertake will be a paid repair, including shipping both ways and the customs risk in shipping to us and us shipping it back to you.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for water damage as there is no way of knowing whether you submerged your watch deeper than what was recommended by us in the product’s description.
Some countries have very strict customs and policies. Seeing as China is known for goods this can sometimes result in a package coming from China being opened and possibly confiscated. For these countries we strongly advise you to avail of our via UK Forwarding shipping option. With this shipping, we will have your watch shipped to our agent in the UK, who will then in turn ship your watch to you. This may seem like a much longer process, but ultimately your order arrives to you safe!
This might be the only shipping option available for your country if we consider the country is high risk.
We only offer refunds under certain circunstances. If the package arrives damaged you should contact us in 24h to review the issue with the delivery company. If the delivery was correct, then there is no refund after you got your watch.
If the watch is not yet delivered and you want a refund you will have two options. Either choose a new watch for the same price or get a voucher with the full amount you paid.
